Reach More Parents

In Spring 2025 we introduced Reach More Parents to our parents, enabling us to communicate to all parents through one app via In Message, Email and our newsfeed. Parents will be issued with a personal code relating to their child to give them access to the system.

Reach More Parents provides a powerful suite of integrated tools, enabling us to deliver high-quality communications that engage and involve our parents/carers with our school community.

The app makes seeing messages and dealing with school requests easy and straightforward for parents, features include:

• A main dashboard that provides quick access to important information
• Social media-style newsfeed of pictures and video
• Easily see upcoming calendar and events
• Complete forms and data requests
• Notify absences and check attendance
• Connect directly to other school software such as ParentPay

The Google Translate integration makes it possible for parents/carers to translate some of the content in the app into any of the 101 supported languages such as in-app messaging, notices and newsfeed posts. Meaning that parents/carers can easily understand and engage with important information from school.
