Food Glorious Food!!
Literacy:
This term our topic is called Food Glorious Food! We started with our fantastic visit to a local farm, looking at where local produce is grown and shared. We then produced a recount on our visit.
Linked to our topic we will also be looking at stories linked to food a well as recipes and diaries as we move through the Summer Term
Maths:
We are looking at geometry-Position and Direction, developing our knowledge of movement and following/giving directions. We will also be looking at Time, Weight, Capacity and Temperature as well as continual revision for SATS and problem solving opportunities.
Science:
Our topic this term is looking at Living Things. Where do things grow best? What can cause better or worse growth? Why are they growing?
We will also be continuing our Outdoor Learning sessions looking at our three main Outdoor Rules: Earth Respect, People Respect, Environment Respect.
