I Am An Explorer. 2017/18

In the Spring Term the children have enjoyed traditional tales. We started off with Goldilocks and the Three Bears.

The children made porridge for the bears. They used Maths skills to order the equipment by size, counting how many cups of porridge for each bear.

The children have also designed and built strong houses for the bears, planning ways to stop Goldilocks from getting in.

Next we read We’re Going on a Bear Hunt. We went on a Bear Hunt adventure, using the story to plan the route. The children created their own versions and retold their stories at Squirrel School.
