Good morning, today is your last day of home learning. We hope you have enjoyed all the activities, we have very much enjoyed seeing your wonderful creations and fabulous work.
We hope you have a wonderful summer holiday and we are all looking forward to seeing you in September.
Maths
Remember to complete your times tables rock stars, it is so important to keep this up over the summer holidays.
Today we would like you to play some maths games.
Ask somebody in your household to play snakes and ladders, your dragon top trumps that you made a few weeks ago or dominoes.
If you haven't got any of the above games you could design your own game like snakes and ladders game or even create a treasure hunt using mathematical language to record your clues.
Below are some templates of board games, counters and dice.
Literacy
We would like you to record your reflections on this very crazy year. In maybe 20/30 even 40 years time you might tell you own children about the lockdown of 2020! What were the highs and the lows? Who did you live with? How did you do your school work? How did you feel?
Write a letter to a future generation and tell them all about this crazy year.
Keep your letter somewhere very safe, you will need it in the future!
Reading
Here is the final chapter of 'How to train your dragon' we hope you have enjoyed the story.
Remember to read as much as you can over the summer holidays!
