Welcome to Class 18!
Key Information
PE
We have PE on a Thursday afternoon. Please could you make sure that your child is wearing sports clothing that is in keeping with our school uniform colours.
Homework
Unfortunately we are unable to send homework home at the moment. We will post regular updates on Class Dojo to let you know what we are working on in class. Also we have subscribed to Times Tables Rockstars which your child can access at home. KS2 Bitesize is another excellent resource which will reinforce understanding of the topics we are covering in school
Reading
Unfortunately we cannot send Reading Diaries home at the moment, however children will be recording what they have read at home in them regularly. Children will bring an appropriate book home to read and can change this whenever they need to. We ask that all children read at home at least three times per week. In Year 6 this can be to themselves, but even the most able of readers will benefit from regularly reading out loud - we would encourage the children to do this as often as is possible.
