Class 17

Welcome to Class 17!

Reading Book and Reading Diary

Every child will have a home reading book that should only be brought into school once it has been completed. Please aim to read at home as much as possible; 3 or 4 times a week for at least 15 minutes is the minimum expectation. When you have read at home, you can write your progress in your school reading diary the following morning. We will be awarding Dojos at the end of the week for efforts in home reading.

PE

Class 17 has PE on a Monday morning and children must come into school in their PE kit.

Homework

Children must read their home reading book as often as possible and practise their times tables. Children will receive a login for Times Table Rockstars, a fantastic app and online resource for times table practise.

More information regarding Year 6 homework to follow soon.

Water bottles

Please make sure your child brings a water bottle to school every day.
